I have purchased a couple vehicles from Billion. My experience recently 7/2015 was very positive with a business vehicle purchase. Our subsequent quick stop oil changes have been lightning fast. Their waiting areas are very comfortable and relaxing. In the winter of 2015 I returned to purchase a tru...ck and wasn't feeling any Black Friday love. The salesman didn't seem overly concerned about finding me a vehicle that wowed me. I went down the road and did find that wow factor, so that was an area that could have improved for me. We also had a service failure on the new business van and warranty was not covered because they said there was evidence of rodent damage. $450 cost. Six weeks later, the same occurrence and never has this happened with any of our other 7 vehicles. The service manager was very awesome about doing a 1 time repair and gave me suggestions on how to possibly prevent again in the future and since nothing has reoccurred. Billion Auto is AMAZING! We drove 5 hours to buy our new Nissan NV and they went over and above for us! We will never buy a car anywhere else! Thank you Billion Auto for everything you did for us, we truly felt like family when we were there.

Your service department team are very prompt and courteous in answering any questions or concerns--Deeply Appreciated! Kevin has been especially helpful he takes care of small problems before they become Major! Also took care of warranty repair to my sunroof. Great Job!
