Nissan provides professional help with its Concierge service
By Product Expert | Posted in How to, Nissan on Monday, October 12th, 2020 at 1:59 pmWhat is Nissan Concierge and what can it do?Â
Do you feel like you are getting busier with each passing day? There are still only 24 hours in any given day, but most of that time seems to be spoken for by one commitment or another. We all have our own methods for keeping the chaos to a low roar. Nissan has built a system that is available in the 2020 or 2021 Nissan Titan that can be another resource at your disposal. Though this feature is likely to become available on more Nissan models. So, what is Nissan Concierge and what can it do? Basically, the Nissan Concierge system gives everyone who subscribes to the service their own team of personal assistants that can complete several tasks, while the account holder is on the road. This is such a new and cutting-edge benefit that our team of Billion Auto Group product experts thought we should do a little more explanation. Â

How do I access the Nissan Concierge?
When you need an additional hand getting tickets to an event or making reservations for a special occasion, doing so while behind the wheel can be cumbersome. This is exactly what the Nissan Concierge was built to do. A team of live professionally trained operators is standing by 24 hours a day to help you with just about anything you need.
To access Nissan Concierge while you’re driving, simply touch the headset icon on your vehicle’s touchscreen interface and use the activation phrase, ‘Concierge,’ then you’ll automatically be connected. Â
Before you do this, however, you will need to make sure you enroll in the service. Certainly, you can ask a Billion Auto Group product expert to set up your Nissan Concierge account before you leave the showroom. But, if it slips your mind, or you were unsure if you wanted to enroll, it’s very easy to do it yourself at home.

After downloading the NissanConnect Services app, you’ll also need to register for a MyNISSAN Owner’s Portal Account. This is very simple and should only take a few minutes of your time. You will also be able to access the Nissan Concierge through the Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant digital home assistant systems. You’ll just need to set up the Nissan functions through that particular interface. Â
If you would like to see the Nissan Concierge system in action, you can schedule a full-scale demonstration with a Billion Auto Group product expert today.Â
